About App

Concept of the App

The "Tawkeeli" application is an electronic intermediary for individuals who are legally excused (those who are incapacitated or suffering from an incurable illness) and wish to perform Hajj or Umrah, as well as for those who wish to perform these rituals on behalf of others. The application allows the principal (service requester) to track the agent (service provider) through the app, from entering the intention of Ihram, through the stages of performing the rituals, to the conclusion (shortening) of the rituals, according to the Sunni methodology.

Our Vision:

To fulfill the longing of elderly and disabled Muslims to perform Hajj and Umrah.

Our Mission:

To provide the opportunity for the largest number of Muslims who are unable to perform these rituals themselves.

Our Values:

Following the Sunnah of the Prophet – Sincerity to Allah – Trust – Mutual support.

Steps to Request Hajj or Umrah on Behalf of Others

Step One: The client downloads the "Tawkeeli" app and selects the desired service, either Hajj or Umrah.

Step Two: The client selects a service provider (performer of the rituals).

Step Three: The agent agrees to perform Hajj or Umrah on behalf of the client. In the case of Umrah, a date for the rituals will be set.

Step Four: The app allows the performance of rituals to be shared between both parties, where the person performing the rituals confirms the steps of the rites, from the intention of Ihram to the cutting of hair. The app enables the client to track the complete performance of the rituals, allowing them to experience the spiritual atmosphere with the person performing the rituals.

Step Five: The client can write the supplications they want the performer to recite on their behalf during the rituals.
